Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we reply by WhatsApp, phone, or email with the trip details, price, and pickup time. Quotes are valid for 48 hours and may change based on traffic, tolls, wait time, or route changes.

2. Payment

Accepted methods include card, Zelle, and cash. A deposit may be required for long-distance or multi-day trips. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged the full fare.

4. Passenger conduct

For everyone's safety, seatbelts must be worn at all times. Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol are not permitted inside the vehicle. Damage caused by passengers may be billed at cost.

5. Luggage & capacity

Up to 15 passengers and roughly 15 standard suitcases. Oversized items must be declared in advance.

6. Delays & force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure outside our control, or other events beyond our reasonable control, but we will always work to find the next best option.

7. Liability

We carry commercial auto liability insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
